ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Our flat rate is £65 per hour, for the time of our advocates.
We can provide advocacy letters for court and employment issues, basic tailored personal support and information, and appearances at court as an expert witness.
As an example, a simple advocacy letter (around 7 pages) might be a total of 90 minutes’ work (£97.50), with any later alterations payable in 15 minute increments.
Video consultations – for information and support only – may sometimes be appropriate, and these are charged at £60 for up to 45 minutes.
A court appearance is also charged at £65 per hour for preparation and time at court, with travel time charged at £20ph and disbursements on top of this (for example travel, accommodation or printing costs).
Initial enquiries and some follow up by text, email or FB message, are free of charge / included.

We are a not for profit advocacy organisation.
The money paid by individuals not only pays for the time of the individual advocate, but is also used to fund the work of the organisation in supporting costs of our website, printing, campaigning, and other advocacy work.
